Our first snowfall of the season! We've had a few flurries the past 2 days, but this morning we woke up to a beautiful blanket of fluffy white snow. School was canceled, and Cam and Claire were begging to go outside. We had breakfast, and after a somewhat civil game of battleship, they trooped out into the backyard. Caloway is crying his eyes out - he doesn't have a snowsuit or boots yet! I might let him go out for a few minutes ... we are just so blessed to have this family! I can't begin to tell you how much I love my kids and my husband! I am so thankful for the peace and comfort that exists in our home - we're definitely not perfect, but we love each other fiercely. Tim's Aunt Pat asked Clairely at Thanksgiving what she wanted to be when she grew up, and Claire said, "Just like my mommy!" It can't get any better than that!

Hey Beka! My dad had sent me a link to your blog a long time ago when you all first sent it out and I just was looking through the spam folder on my email (yes, I waste that much time in my email ;o) and saw that there was an email about your update! Hadnt been getting them all along. Anyway, I enjoyed reading all of your stories...sounds like you guys have a lot of fun around your house! It was so fun to see you all at thanksgiving,Miss you all!
