Happy 2nd birthday, Levi!

How has my littlest baby boy suddenly turned into a toddler? My sweet, squishy, dimpled-kneed baby now has longer legs, can run and keep up with macky, can talk and scream and ... throw fits??! Yep. Out of all 5 of my kids, the last little turned out to be my tantrum thrower. Ohhh, but he is such a lover!! Levi is definitely momma's boy for now, and I have no intention of changing that! There's plenty of time to share him later :)
He surprises us with how quickly he can assert himself. While typically the older brothers can boss their little brother around, Levi has no problem LOUDLY declaring his discontent with a situation. He's been known to push mac around if he decides he's being taken advantage of. Here are a few of the things I want to remember about Levi being 2:

Bwanky and bee
Hold you!
Nana! Apple! Bye! No.
'Mere! 'Mere, 'mere!
Levi? Mama!!
Rabby. Oh, rab!!
Stinky blue crocs
Sitting on the couch w a blankie, toes sticking out
Mok! before bed
Singing Jesus loves me every time he goes to sleep, rocking in the chair
Singing Thomas tunes 'ten!' 'Narrow gauge engines'
Spilling paint all over the carpet with macky (ugh)
Creen!! (Powdered sugar white cream donut)

Oh, there are so many more things I could list ... I am a little bit heartsick at the thought of my tiny little baby growing up. My last little piece of babyhood is growing dimmer and dimmer, and I'm looking ahead to so many big kid things and discoveries, when all I want to do is hold my little boy tight, grab his bwanky and bee, and rock him to sleep. Whispering how much Jesus loves him in his ear, while his eyelashes flutter, and sleep softly drifts down around his little self.
I love you, Levi Anderson Holman! Happy birthday darling.
