a little taste of spring

Today was such a refreshing day! After months of snow, bitter cold and ice, it warmed up to a breezy 60 degrees! This is the first time I've had my windows open since October! It just felt like a fresh surge of life was pumped into the air, and it was just what I needed. We've been cooped up for so long, and the past 2 days have been absolutely beautiful - God always knows what you need, exactly when you need it! Of course, the rest of the week isn't going to be so great, but at least we've had a little taste of what life's going to be like in a few short weeks :)
I adore hand lotions, and I just discovered a new cream that was simply divine - it's a whipped hand repair balm and smells like wild mint lime. How springy is that!!! Tim was shocked that I paid $8 for a tube of hand cream, but if you could've caught a whiff of this, you'd have bought two! And it makes your hands velvety smooth ... mmmmmm. Check it out on www.uppercanadasoap.com
happy spring!
